Hey, it’s Liz! It seems I was destined to end up behind the mic. I grew up a radio brat in Spokane in the 70’s. My father worked for KING broadcasting. It was the coolest job any kid’s dad could’ve had. The other indication that radio would be my thing was how often I was getting in trouble for talking in class. From the principal’s office to a paycheck…ain’t life sweet! Call it destiny if you will. I am a single mom of 2 terrific kids. My daughter is heading into the 20’s (am I really that old?) and my son is a fabulous 17 years old. I have two vices, girl’s weekends and golf although the two never intersect. I’m still working on how to golf with a martini in my hand!

Favorite Food: As long as its not an oyster or eggplant, pretty much anything that fits on a plate....

Favorite book: Stones From The River by Ursula Hegi.

Current Hobby: Golf (with Bloody Marys)

Favorite childhood memory: Traveling to europe with 28 of my friends when I was 13. Very Cool!

What makes you laugh? My lunatic friends.

Latest Accomplishment: Finished my taxes at 4:30pm April 15th!

Hate to do: Clean the bathroom

Love to do: Travel to far off lands.

Favorite toy as a kid: Easy Bake Oven

Born and raised in the California East Bay Area, I have been in the radio biz for about 9 years now. Young Country 93.3 in San Francisco was my first stop working part time in promotions. Then came a handful of other stations and now I am here in Eugene, OR bringing you the news as part of the Morning Mix team. team. My husband Matt and I moved to Eugene 4 years ago with our two 8 year olds and boy do we have our hands full! We love Eugene / Springfield and are enjoying meeting new friends and enjoying the beauty around us. What do I do when I am not on-air? I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, volunteering at my childrens school as much as I can and staying in shape!!!

Current Hobby: Well not a lot of time for hobbies so I would have to say…… Working out, volunteering at my kids' school and being a soccer/baseball mom.

Favorite childhood memory: Playing UNO with my Grandma on the back porch of her home in Lake Tahoe.

What makes you laugh? My husband…and my kids….. My husband can make me laugh like I never knew I could and my kids..well, kids say the darndest things. We have a silly household.

Latest Accomplishment: My husband and I finishing a remodel on our upstairs. We got through it with no arguing and no injuries….haha.

Cats or Dogs? Oh, not fair… Love them both. Can I say both. No, ok then cats because they're easier to take care of and like to cuddle more.

Hate to do: Laundry….aaaggghh. I cannot stand socks. Where do they all go?

Love to do: Play with my kids and cuddle with my hubby.

Favorite toy as a kid. The OUTDOORS! We didnt have X Box!!

If you wound up on Survivor, what would be your ONE luxury item? My hair spray for sure. Do they have hook ups for a hair dryer? No…. darn…

Favorite smell: Oatmeal cookies baking and a fire in the fireplace.

Middays/Afternoons 9:00am - 6:00pm

Jeff got bitten by the "radio bug" early. As a freshman in college in Washington, he began working the late night shift at the local radio station... and the rest, as they say, is history. One marriage, two kids, five states and twenty three years later he's still at it. Returning to the Great Northwest was a dream come true for him and his family. Along with being on the air in the morning, Jeff also serves as the program director for 94-5 MIX FM.

You just might bump into Jeff around town, as he keeps busy on the golf courses, riding motorcycles, coaching sports and fishing on the McKenzie.

What makes you laugh? Edgy comics: Martin Lawrence, Joe Rogan and George Carlin

Latest Accomplishment: I raced the Desert 100 on my motorcyle. Finished in the top 3rd of the pack. 100 miles of punishment!!

Cats or Dogs? Dogs... Definitely. Cats are ok, but I connect more with dogs. I like to put my head out the window of the car.

Hate to do: Go to bed on Sunday nights. I vote for 3 day weekends!

Love to do: Watch my kids play sports

If you wound up on Survivor, what would be your ONE luxury item? A magic lamp with a genie in it.....

Favorite smell: I have a few.......popcorn, garlic shrimp, new car, leather jacket and a fresh cut lawn.
